I've spent nearly twenty years in healthcare — and much of it as a clinical consultant in one form or another. I came up through the bedside, starting in the ER, which gave me the rare vantage point of seeing this business from nearly every side: as a clinician and clinical educator, in award-winning hospice sales and skilled-nursing marketing, in hospice operations and leadership up to the VP level, and in strategy and network development for value-based care. Few people in this field have sat in all of those seats.

That breadth is what I bring. I understand the clinical realities and the business pressures a small operator or new acquirer is under, because I've lived both — inside ACHC, CHAP, and CMS frameworks and state-specific quality measures across multiple markets. Author of From Bedside to Business.

I built Topsail Clinical because I've watched too many nurse leaders get thrown into complex roles without the tools, playbooks, or support they need. My job isn't to tell you what to do.
